at j. nelson photography, we offer a wide range of digital services. from simple organizing to extensive editing, we can help make your photo library something to be appreciated.
library organization
along with the convenience of digital cameras comes, well, a lot of photos. as this is our business, we have learned how to make sense of tens of thousands of photos. we can work with your computer and current photo library and help bring it all together in an easily accessed collection. and by sharing simple tecniques, we can help you keep your memories organized from here on out.
film services
many of us have our 35mm prints organized in neat, noted albums. more of us have them stored in shoe boxes. we can help take those prints, organized or not, and scan them into a flexible, easily organized digital format. you captured memories long before "megapixel" was even a word. let us help you bring them into the digital world, and preserve them forever.
editing
we all have great shots with a "but". Maybe its a car in the foreground...maybe its just great subject with poor lighting. modern editing software allows us to do amazing things with images. at j. nelson photography, we have the know-how to take the "but" away, and leave you with just a great shot. we can make your color photos black & white, sepia toned, or something in between. we can restore that old shot of your mom. we can even make all those shots you took from your car look like you really did get out!
projects
photos are fun in and of themselves, but they become something special when you share them. we can take your own photos and help incorporate them into any of the products we offer. From professional photo books, to DVD slide shows, to web sites, your photos can come alive. whether you want to be in on every step, or just want to provide the photos and see the finished prodect, at j. nelson photography, we can make your photos better than the sum of their parts.

if you think about it, photographs are probably a big part of your life. let us help you with your photography. of course, we would like nothing better than to become your family's photographer, from weddings to fiftieth anniversaries. that said, we realize that its not practical to have a professional photographer on hand to capture all of the important moments. we can still help. photography is our passion as well as our work. we can tell you about the best cameras for everyday photographers, and we can help you make the best pictures with that camera after you've gotten it. of course, we don't charge for our two cents. we know that photography has enriched our lives, and we'd like to help it further enrich yours.
